This bit gives you more flex and bend than the original Brittany Pozzi Lifter. She prefers the short shank for starting colts or to use on a very light horse that is already naturally collected. The chain mouthpiece is very forgiving while also being slower to engage and to release. It is a great for novice hands or a sensitive horse.
