Saddle Return Policy
Saddles must be returned within 3 business days of purchase. If you need more time due to shipping, please contact us at (218) 445-5849.
-Please note that shipping expenses are non-refundable.
SADDLE CARE:
• Please take care to protect the condition of the saddle.
• All saddles must be returned clean, and in the same condition they left the business in.
RETURN SHIPPING:
If shipping the returned saddle, A Bit of Tack recommends that the customer insures the saddle using its price for the declared value when returning. Any saddle lost or damaged in transit from the customer to A Bit of Tack is the financial responsibility of the customer. No refunds on shipping are provided.
